What a dramatic ending to last nights game in Philadelphia between the Phillies and Giants. After Aaron Rowand gave the Giants a 5-4 with a solo home run in the top of the 10th inning Pat Burrell hit a 3-2 fastball to dead left field with Chase Utley on first to give the Phillies the victory. The Phils had an early 4-0 lead on a pair of two run homers by Utley & Feliz but the the Giants tied it on a 3 run 7th inning. The Phillies had a couple of base runners on in the 8th but Ryan Howard struck out looking to continue his spring difficulties at the plate. The bullpen pitched well as Gordong & Lidge pitched scoreless innings and Romero who gave up the homer to Rowand got the win.
